Just two hanks of Charlemont are plenty to work up Ekanite from Valley Yarns, in a single colour, garter stripe version. This fabulous shawl includes a deep diamond lace border on its widest side, with additional lace stripes interspersed in between the garter stripes. Valley Yarns Charlemont is a stunning blend of superwash Merino, mulberry silk, and polyamide. It is incredibly soft with a lustrous sheen that accentuates the jewel-like colours. With 439 yards per hank, Charlemont is an incredible value. The Diamond Lace pattern is charted and written out.
