Valley Yarns Mansard is a lovely women’s scoop neck jumper. The jumper features bell sleeves and a flattering scoop neck, and feminine waist shaping. Clean-lined and fresh, this is a stylish piece to take knitters from work to a night out in style. Mansard is knit in the round from the bottom up with Colrain, then carrying a strand of Southampton along with Colrain for several inches and continue knitting with Colrain only. The sleeves are knit flat then seamed and set in during finishing. Valley Yarns Colrain is a dream to work with! Tencel® adds a lovely luminosity to your work while enhancing the yarn's durability making it perfect for this jumper.

Needles:
     US 6 (4.00mm) 16” & 32–40” circular
     US 7 (4.50mm) 16” & 32–40” circular and an extra needle for 3-Needle Bind-Off
Gauge:
    
20 sts and 26 rows = 4” in stocking stitch in MC only on US 7 (4.50mm), blocked

     19 sts and 24 rows = 4” in stocking stitch in MC with CC carried along on US 7 (4.50mm), blocked
