THIS IS A DOWNLOADABLE PATTERN. Not a finished product. Inspired by the Herb Fairies Series by Kimberly Gallagher and LearningHerbs. Althea the Marshmallow Fairy is a warm, kind loving member of the Herb Fairy series and uses her plant magic to soothe and heal. She is beautiful inside and out and brings the colours of her flower into her flowing dress. She stands approximately 30cm tall works up very quickly. Althea is a nearly seamless crochet doll; her arms must be sewn on. Wires are used in my designs so they are moveable dolls, you can omit this step and use polyester stuffing if you wish. Materials used include 8 ply yarn, crochet cotton for eyes along with various tools including wire, hot glue gun and polyester stuffing.
