Welcome to the Arabella Shrug Knitting PATTERN. Seamless and knit top down, Arabella is a short sleeved lacy design which can be worn either casually or smart too. A fabulous extra layer for all seasons which can be knit to coordinate with your little one's outfits. Arabella is a colourful cardigan design, knit in a tweedy flecked double knitting yarn here - Sirdar's Haworth (but equally lovely in a solid colour) with an easy flower lace pattern on the fronts and sleeve edges and garter stitch around the neck. Arabella is knit with double knitting yarn, so fairly quick to make. The pattern is knit flat, with the sleeve trim being knit in the round. Although graded as an intermediate pattern, Arabella is suitable for an adventurous beginner too. As an independent designer, I also offer additional help via email.
