This tangy shawl changes often enough to keep you interested, but flows well enough from one section to the next that you’ll memorize the pattern quickly. The body is worked first, and then the contrast color edging is knitted on. Flex your creativity by coordinating the body color with two miniskeins for the edging.
Avoyelles is named after the Louisiana Parish that my father and his parents are from.
