Adorable Baby Bear is fun to crochet and makes a charming wall hanging or applique. Detailed instructions in 20 page pdf. I used Red Heart Super Saver, worsted weight yarn, in medium purple, buff, Lt periwinkle, Lt raspberry and black. See notes for yardage. The pattern includes instructions to make a wall hanging, or, you can skip the hanging details and just make an applique to use on a unique quilt or baby blanket. Make one for yourself and several as gifts! Baby Bear measures about 18” tall from tip of ears to bottom of feet, 14” from top of head to bottom of body, 15.5” across from edge of paw to edge of paw, 9” across body.
Skill level: Somewhere between Beginner and Intermediate. This is not something to tackle as a first project, but a beginner with some experience should be able to follow this pattern. It's all about concentrating and counting stitches! And, I am always happy to answer any questions you might have as you work through the pattern.
