This blanket is knit in stocking stitch with an all-round garter stitch border.
The blanket is decorated with six rabbits which are worked in duplicate stitch (but you can knit them using the intarsia method if you like). There are charts showing the rabbit design and how to place them on the blanket.
The tails of the rabbits are knitted separately as bobbles and then sewn onto the finished blanket.
The sample was knit in BBB filati Martine (a DK yarn) with the rabbits worked in 4-ply and their tails in aran weight yarn. A substitute DK yarn is shown below.
