A cute hat and matching boots with a row of knitted “kisses”, in soft, slow striping DK / 8 ply singles yarn or a plain colour if you wish. Plied yarns can also be used but the yardage and sizing may differ.
There are photos to show how to work the slip stitch kisses and instructions for a neat and easy stitch for the hems and edges.
A matching cardi pattern is also available separately.
This is an updated and improved version of my "Kisses Hat and Boots” pattern – the yarn used for that is now discontinued.

- Ribbon for bootees is optional – ways to make ties in yarn are also given in the pattern. An extra 4mm or 4.5 mm needle is needed to work cast off .
