If you are new to knitting you could swiss darn/duplicate stitch the little car pictures onto your mittens after knitting.
The mittens shown here are knitted with Bergere De France Caline 4ply. You can also choose other 4ply yarn or Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino on 2.75 (US2) and 3.25mm (US3) needles.
