Baby Toys Afghan, #218. Wrap your new baby up in sweet Teddy Bears, Stars, Rocking Horses, ABC Blocks and Rubber Duckies. Designs are created by the dropped dc stitch worked in front loop of stitch 2 rows below. Includes written instructions as well as optional graph for a 42" square baby afghan made using your choice of baby, DK, or sport yarn. Instructions for two versions are included--one crocheted with contrasting color toy outlines, or a quicker version made with a solid color panel.

Yarn Amounts (use baby, DK or sport weight with E hook or size needed for gauge of 5 sts and 5 rnds = 1"):
One-Color Panels: 3 oz. white, 18 oz. aqua, 12 oz. yellow. Note: Use yellow for teddy bear section and aqua for toys section.
Multi-Color Panels: 3 oz. white, 11 oz. aqua, 20 oz. yellow. Note: Use yellow as background color and aqua for outlines.
