The Banded Braids Beanie has three eye-catching Latvian braids on the brim of the hat and the body of the hat has three simple stripes. The braided brim makes the hat super warm and comfy!
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate
Super Bulky (weight 6) yarn in two different colors. I suggest Malabrigo Rasta, but any other super bulky yarn will be fine.
Included in this pattern are diagrams and a link showing how to knit the Latvian Braids.
This beanie is knit in the round, from the bottom up.
