The gauge for this pattern is 22 Sts and 30 rows to 4" using 4mm needles
The yoke is worked from side-to-side until the buttonhole and button bands are complete when it is joined to be worked in the round.
The sleeves (or cap sleeve edgings) are worked seamlessly in the round.
