Row gauge is missing from the pattern, it is 6 rows per inch or 24 over 4 inches in garter.
Errata: The decrease round for the 22 inch size should say:
For Child(19”) and Adult L (22”) ending on a knit row, work decrease row: p17(20), p2tog; repeat to end. [54,63]
This is also now available on Knit Picks through the IDP. The Knit Picks pattern is a little different. It is written for Swish Bulky and does not have the two largest sizes.
