Breast Cancer Awareness Hat

This very pink hat was going to be a bare breast, but the pink ribbons around the crown disguise the design a little bit. Corrugated ribbing fits comfortably warn around the ears, and the body of the hat leaves room for big hair. By leaving off the words chart, and putting in another round of pink ribbons instead, the hat could be made smaller by using fewer stitches and repeats. Another sizing option would be to using different size needles. Needles sized 1-4 may make acceptable knit fabric for most knitters, depending on gauge. No more than an ounce of each color - light pink, dark pink and white, is required.
