Needles and Materials: – Wollelfe Merino-Twin (80% merino wool ; 20% Nylon/polyamide, 100 g – 400 m [3.5 oz – 438 yds]), 75 g [2.7 oz] for a hat without pompom, 100 g [3.5 oz] for a hat with pompom; – circular knitting needles 2.0 mm [US0] and 2.75 mm [US2] or other size to obtain gauge; – stitch markers.
Gauge: 30 sts and 36 rows/rounds = 10x10 cm [4x4 in], in stockinette stitch, using 2.75 mm [US2] needles, after blocking and stretched.
