This Bee is crochet in one piece and the only sewing needed is the antenna’s, cheeks, eyes and wings.

Materials
Weight 5 chunky chenille yarn (50 metres) (I used Aldi baby yarn 95 metres per 100g ball) in yellow and black and a 6mm hook
12mm safety eyes or crochet the eyes, using dk weight 3 yarn and a 3mm hook and included pattern

The Bee will measure 12 inches including antennas. However the size will depend on yarn and hook size used.
The bee can also be made in dk / weight 3 yarn and a 3mm hook. To make the eyes smaller use 4ply yarn and a 2mm hook. (The one I made in weight 3 turned out 6.5 inches tall).
