This is a pattern for a baby blanket or afghan in lace design with a ruffled trim made with light worsted (category 3) yarn and size G/6 (4.25 mm) crochet hook. If you make this blanket in white, this could be a beautiful christening shawl/blanket. The finished blanket measures approximately 38 by 31 inches. And about 1200 yards of yarn needed. This pattern can easily be adjusted to a bigger or smaller size. The multiple for the stitch is included in the pattern. The skill level is beginner. The pattern is written in English, using the the US crochet terminology. This pattern is my original design and it cannot be redistributed.
