- This pattern was inspired by butterflies. The edges of this scarf or wrap remind me of butterflies with their wings closed.
Crochet Level- Beginner to Advanced beginner
Want to try out lace, but feeling intimidated? This is a great project to get started. Smaller hooks and thinner yarn should not be scary. Lace still uses regular crochet stitches, they are just smaller.
You can make a scarf or a wrap with directions included for both options. Pattern is made from the center out so both ends are identical.
Lace weight yarn is suggested for this project, but other lightweight yarns would work well also.
Gauge is given with the pattern but it is not critical for this project.
