The 'Butterfly Parade' baby blanket pattern - with color photo tutorial.
The Butterfly Parade blanket is a unique blanket designed by Me at Kerry Jayne Designs. I have made it in a soft 100% cotton yarn, particularly suitable for newborns and children which sensitive skin.
Of course it can be made in other yarns types such as acrylic DK/light worsted which will also be lovely and in different colors too, perhaps just in two, such as navy and white.
If choosing a different DK yarn please choose a similar thickness.
Other recommended yarn types for this blanket: Drops Muskat DK cotton, Cascade ultra Pima Dk/Light worsted cotton, Stylecraft classic cotton Dk/Light worsted, Patons 100% cotton DK/ Light worsted.
