I designed the Calda Hooded Cowl with a drawstring closure because I needed one for a jacket I wear on walks…and I love it! Ideal for jackets, coats, and sweaters. It can be worn two ways -- as a hood or a cowl-- and it can be cinched up with the addition of the drawstring to keep it snug. It is made with a medium weight worsted, acrylic yarn, but any yarn can be substituted using the gauge specified. Worked flat and in the round. Pattern includes a schematic, chart, pictures, and directions for the drawstring. One Size:18” W x 20” L. Knitting Needles: US 8
