The idea of crocheting cat eyes, came to mind, as I remembered my childhood memory
of seeing ‘glow in the dark cat eyes’ when we visited the children’s set of ‘Wind in the
Willows’, at the Television Studios, London for a school trip in the mid 80s. I was chosen
out of a few classmates to hold a pair of cat eyes which I switched on and off through
the set’s forest scenes. These cat eyes were inspired by my fun childhood memory so I
hope you will enjoy crocheting these fun yellow glow cat eyes for your project!
Crochet Level: Easy - Advanced Beginner, Intermediate.
US Crochet Abbreviations: Using stitches - MC, SC, CH ST, SL ST.
Supplies used: 3.50MM Hook, Plastic needle, Stitch Marker. Using Lovecrafts Paintbox yarns Cotton Aran selected yarns in yellow, black and white colours.
