Know a little person with a soft spot for felines? This top features a cat motif, cap sleeves, subtle A-line shaping, and a button at the back neck. It’s worked from the bottom up, in the round to the armhole split and then back and forth in rows. Stitches are picked up around sleeve openings and worked with short rows for a perfectly fitting cap.

The original yarn used was a soft, washable sport-weight yarn. Both MillaMia Naturally Soft Merino and Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sport would make excellent substitutes.
You will need approximately 130 (170, 220, 270 / 350, 450, 570) yds or 120 [155, 200, 245 / 320, 410, 525] meters of the Main Color and 60 (70, 90, 110 / 130, 150, 190) yds or 55 [65, 85, 100 / 120, 140, 175] meters of the Contrasting Color.
