Knit your own kitty cat!!
Wouldn’t this be a wonderful gift for a cat lover. With this knitting pattern you can make the black and Siamese cat, but also the brown/ecru and gray/white cat.
This pattern is a completely written knitting pattern with English and Dutch knitting terms. Used stitches: If you are familiar with increasing and decreasing and changing colors you should have no trouble with this pattern. Used Needles: 2 Knitting needles size 4 (US) or size 9 or 10 (UK) = 3.5 mm Yarn: DK (I have used Softfun / Softfun denim)
For every cat you need:
2 safety cat eyes 15 mm
a little bit of yarn to embroider nose and whiskers
Needle to sew the nose, whiskers and close the cat
Stuffing (fiberfill)
Cat in 1 color: 90 grams black yarn (= 252 meters / 276 yards)
Multi colored cats: 2 balls in main color and 1 ball in extra color
