The instructions are for sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL), which have final circumferences of approximately 19.5 (20.5, 21.5, 22.5, 24) cm / 7¾, (8⅛, 8½, 8⅞, 9⅜) in. and fit shoe sizes from the 36 to 42.
The construction is:
toe-up socks
with a small gusset and heel flap.
the cuff is a picot hem but can be easily replaced by a normal ribbing.
You can use any fingering weight yarn of any 2 contrasting colors
The instructions are for working with circular needles in magic loop, but you can use other methods as long as you know which stitches are from the sole and which are from the instep.
