If you can work chain stitch and double (UK) or single (US) crochet stitch you will master this pattern within a second and create an interesting texture using the simplest stitches in crochet.
The variegated yarn creates beautiful colour effect with its subtle colour changes, it contains 30% wool so it will keep you nice and warm. I used @ 1 and 3/4 balls. The scarf measures 120cm/47in long, 20cm/8in wide.
You can completely customize it to your own design by working less/more rows or leaving it open as traditional scarf and maybe adding a fringe- it's totally up to you.
