This is an easy knit hat pattern made from only one ball of yarn. The knits and purls add surface interest and the glitz add pomp and circumstance. Feel free to substitute any sparkley worsted weight yarn. The stitch combinations remind my of a classic crown-what knitter doesn't want to feel like royalty? 1 hank Cascade Yarns Luminosa. You'll need 189yds/175m to complete hat - may substitute with any #4 worsted weight yarn. I used Berroco "Flicker" now discontinued.
Needles: US #8 (5.00mm) needles on cables
Extras: 1 stitch marker and 1 tapestry needle
Optional Pom Pom: 1 piece cardboard about 4" square and scissors
