Chevy Head Hat (Knit)

A simple hat pattern covering all sizes, and features the ever popular chevron pattern for the body. It is knit from the bottom-up and can easily be customized to fit appropriately on the recipient’s head. Using various yarns from your stash will make it even more fun and interesting to knit. Everyone in the family can have the same hat and yet different due to yarn choices. The first sample shown is knit with yellow and blue colors of Cascade 220 Superwash Worsted yarn from my stash, in Toddler size. The second sample is knit with two shades of green in the same yarn, in Child/Teen size. The third sample is knit in a tonal purple from DesiLoop Hand dyed yarns in Superwash Merino Worsted, in Adult size.

Pattern is written for a single color of yarn. You can join in as many colours as you like with the same gauge. Depending on yarn used and number of colours, each hat can be truly unique.
