Here is a knitting pattern for a Christmas garland / swag It can be knit to any length in multiples of 30cm finished plait size.
The pattern includes instructions for 2 sizes of poinsettia and 2 of holly with berries
Knit on 3.25mm straight needles. The photograph shows the swag knit to 60cm. not including the end fans. Each 30cm uses approximately 40g of DK yarn and the end fans around 15g.
They can be decorated in any way, even adding baubles and tinsel. Can be hung as a garland or makes a colourful addition to the Christmas table.

- The holly and poinsettia can be knit in any quantity to decorate. Tinsel and baubles can also be added.
