My Hexipuff Christmas tree skirt is a traditional design with a modern twist.
A handmade crochet piece that will sit beautifully underneath your Christmas tree and cover those not so attractive supports.
Made by piecing together unique hexagons with Christmas themed motifs, you can create a circular skirt with a handy split/seam which allows you to easily wrap the skirt around the base of your tree.
The final diameter of the tree skirt is one meter, using DK yarn and a 4mm crochet hook.
Its an intermediate pattern as you need to know how to make puff stitches in the round and colour change.
The pattern includes charts and written instructions. With ten motifs to create you can either make your skirt (as I did) using all motifs or select a favourite few to make your skirt unique to you and your colour preference.
