A festive tree skirt makes a pretty accent to your Christmas decorations.
This tree skirt is knit on any 1/2" gauge loom with a minimum of 34 pegs. The pattern is written for a tree skirt that is 13" from the base of the tree to the bobble edge of the tree skirt. The pattern give easy instructions to make your skirt bigger or smaller to suit your tree.
The tree skirt pictured used approximately 280 yards of Lion Brand Homespun yarn, a bulky weight yarn in the Candy Apple colorway. The only stitches used are e-wrap knit and purl. The pattern uses short rows and has a photo tutorial for the bobble stitch. As such, the pattern is suitable for an advanced beginner.
