Instructions are written in English using standard American terms [ in both inches and centimeters ] for sizes Girls, Teen, Ladies Medium and Ladies Large. Pattern includes instructions for Flower and how to make a longer brim. Step by step instructions with lots of photos to guide you. This hat can also be made using 2 strands of Medium Worsted Weight yarn doubled up [ Aran Weight for Britain or 10 Ply for Australia ]. Majority of hat is worked up in DC [ Treble for Britain ]. Make it a couple of rounds longer, make the contrast band wider and it becomes a Flapper Hat.
