Classic Corrine Shawl

A textured, but classic looking shawl using only 3 stitches. This classic look came about when I decided to make a shawl for a very dear friend, who reminds me that the clean classic look is still beautiful and relevant today. Constructed in a semi-circle, this drapes over your shoulders without the need for a shawl pin. Of course, a shawl pin looks lovely with it, too! Although designed with dk weight yarn, it can be done in many yarn weights to get a lacier or a heavier effect. Advanced Easy level: requires careful following of instructions to achieve the proper shaping. One stitch is not your typical basic stitch, but it's fully explained in the abbreviation section.
