This pattern is for 3 sizes of aviator hat from child to adult and will suit either sex. The instructions give you a variety of options for your hat. You can choose to just have earflaps or to include a button fastening chin strap.
The pattern gives instructions for both knitting flat on two straight needles or for knitting in the round. Choose whichever method you prefer. As with all my patterns there are clear detailed instructions and plenty of stage by stage photos to guide you.
There are 3 sizes to choose from ranging from child to adult.
The pattern uses chunky weight yarn.
