Cosy Ruffle Mitts

Sometimes, we just need our fingers free. Gloves mean you can’t answer the phone and mittens can be mighty fiddly. So, handy mitts that leave your fingers free are essential! These are especially great for anyone working with their hands.

The Cosy Ruffle Mitts are made to fit average adult hands but can be adjusted with measurements as required.

Tools required

• 10mm hook (or preferred hook to meet gauge. Please note: changing hook size will change the size of the finished product)

• 100g super chunky yarn in your chosen colour

• Stitch marker

• Tapestry needle

• Thread cutter or scissors

• Accents or additional accessories (optional)

This pattern is written in UK terminology. You will be working in rounds joined with a slip stitch. Use a stitch marker to track your first stitch if you need to.

Follow the suggested pattern for a standard fit of 16cm long and 10cm wide (20cm circumference). Measurements required for a tailored fit are included in square brackets.
