Cowlorworks Cowl & Mittens

This pattern has fully charted mittens (palms and thumbs), and a similar chart I used for the matching cowl. I needed a shorter cowl that could be looped twice around the neck, so I did 8 X 2 pattern repeats. You can knit it wider and taller if you want. The gauge recommended on the pattern page is for the mittens only; for the cowl it's about 22 X 22 in 10 cm. The pattern is in pictorial form, with charts for palms and thumbs; there is no written instructions.
