The hat is worked in rows and simply made up at the end.
The hat has stitches worked in both Front and back loops to create a beautiful ribbing stitch.
The chunky woodland hat is the perfect quick and easy project and can be made up in simply an evening, with only 12 rows for the largest size! As it is made in the gorgouse Bernat mega bulky it works up quickly and is soo soft and warm.
I have designed this pattern to be made in a smaller hook size than the yarn recommends. This is because I wanted the definition of the stitch to be shown with the beautiful texture of the yarn.
You will need loose tension for this project or if you are someone who has a tighter tension then simply going up to a 12 mm hook will work just the same.
