Crochet Cushion Cover With Diamonds

I have designed this easy boho crochet cushion cover with basic crochet stitches using US terminology of chains, single crochets and the puff stitch. It is not complicated but still has an overall affect of looking fabulous. For UK and Australian crocheters there is a stitch conversion for you. I have also included a handy written and visual tutorial on the puff stitch.

The diamond pattern design is featured on the front. The back of the cushion is plain and closes with 3 natural wooden buttons.

I have finished this cushion cover in a 10 ply eco cotton with a stitch tension of 10cm x 10cm sq. Any 10 ply or chunkier cotton or cotton blend yarn would work well for this project. You could also use an 8 ply yarn but keep in mind the finished size will be smaller than the sizing indicated below so you would need a smaller cushion insert.
