A tangram is a traditional Chinese puzzle. The pieces should be cut apart (Not recommended for your cushion!) and used to construct a multitude of patterns and figures.
The instructions are for making the cushion in DK or Aran yarn. You could use other yarns but this might change the overall size of the cushion. You will need small amounts of seven different colours.
The pattern is also included in 12 Pillows of Wisdom - an ebook of 12 cushion patterns.
