The Ditsy Daisy Market Bag is the perfect summer accessory, a pop of colour and beautiful florals that never go out of style. It is made up of 13 Ditsy Daisy Granny Squares stitched together before crocheting the handles.
A finished square measures approximately 10cm x 10cm when blocked, and the bag is approximately 28cm in width and 30cm in length (not including handles) and 45cm including them. Handle length can easily be adjusted to suit. Gauge isn’t really important but will affect the finished size of your bag.
You will need 2 50g skeins of cotton aran yarn in both the main bag colour and petal colour, and less than 1 50g skein for the centre circles. You will need a 4mm (G) crochet hook.
You will need to know how to complete a magic circle, standing stitch, invisible join and also be familiar with blocking your work.
