Dohne is worked flat from the right tip to the left edge with a built-in I-cord edge. Although it looks like cables, there is not one cable involved in the textured stitch pattern.
There are 2 versions of this shawl: texture & garter and texture only. The texture is quite addictive and you won’t be the only one feeling a little sad when binding off.
The pattern is fully written out and charted until the first repeat of adding garter stitches to the shawl is done.
Finished dimensions: Version 1: approx. 78.7” (200 cm) wingspan along top edge x 23.6“ (60 cm) width. Version 2: approx. 76.8” (195 cm) wingspan along top edge x 28.7“ (73 cm) width.
