Dolce Rainbow Scarf by Melu Crochet

This is a quick and easy pattern, the pom pom edging is worked as you go along so it is a great pattern for using colour change yarn, as the pompoms will match the colour of your stripes. Unlike tassels or sewn on pom-poms, you don't need to worry about them coming off. UK and US terminology versions included.

Size This triangular pattern is worked from side to side, increasing until you have the desired height at the apex of the triangle, and then decreasing. The scarf in the photo was made using 1 cake of Hobbii Dolce Cashmere with a 4mm hook. Use the first 100g for the increase, and then use the second 100g for the decrease - this will make sure there is no waste and you don't run out.

Any yarn weight can be used, hook size should be adjusted accordingly for the recommended size for your yarn- but remember this will affect the finished size.
