This quick-to-crochet swim cover-up features a simple construction and basic stitch variations. The wavy fan stitch pattern is flexible in both directions and transitions to a lacier variation at the hem.
A base skirt length is given, but you can work the lace panel to any length you’d like (keeping in mind yardage requirements will change).
This pattern uses U.S. crochet terminology. Skill level: Easy.
Sizes 1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) / Finished Skirt Measurements (after blocking) 24 (28 ½, 33, 38, 42 ½, 47 ½, 52)” waistband (not including ties, which add an additional 12” at either end); 26 ½ (32, 37 ½, 42 ½, 48, 53 ½, 58 ½)” skirt lace panel width; 13” total skirt length as written but fully adjustable.
