Entrapped

Entrapped is a hybrid crescent, half-circle shawl shaped to hug the shoulders and back. The mohair and silk blend create a translucent background which is accented with a plied silk and wool blend in a contrast color. Elongated stitches are slipped to create the delicate mesh fabric.

Instructions include an Alternative Short-Row Section which results in a shawl approximately 1" less deep in the center back.

CC: 85 - 100 yd / 77.5 - 91.5 m

Achieving the stated gauge is not critical.

A model was worked in a non-mohair blend to a tighter gauge with the following results:
