ConstructionThe cardigan is knitted top-down, starting from the neckline. A tubular cast-on gives it a nice finished look and the broken rib on the neckline, cuffs, and button bands look gentle. Raglan increases are worked on the front and back, while increases on the sleeves are mainly part of the lace pattern. The body is worked in plain stockinette, while the sleeves have an easy-to-remember, repetitive lace pattern throughout. The cardigan has a classic fit with up to 10.5 cm / 4¼ in positive ease.
