A quick trip to the store for 85 yards of any super chunky yarn and have a finished hat in a couple of hours! I challenged myself to make a thick, quick to knit hat with a yarn readily available to all, easy to knit and make it look like it belongs in a high end store. I came up with this. How to assess if it meets my criteria? Yarn: 1 skein, about 4 GBP. Time to Knit: 3.5 hours. Pom Pom: 1 GBP Does anyone want to wear it?: My daughter came home for a visit.
