Size: 5.5 inch/ 14 cm when made with Istex Lett Lopi and hook E / 3,5 mm.
The instructions are written in US crochet terms. The pattern contains a list of materials, tools and accessories needed. Brand and colour numbers of the needed yarn. A clear and colour coded description of how to crochet and assemble the animal. Pictures and illustrations to help getting everything right.
Materials For this crochet beaver you’ll need worsted weight yarn and an E US/3.5 mm crochet hook. You’ll need three colours of yarn, brown (acorn heather, 2/3 of a 100 yard skein), beige (oatmeal heather, 1/20) and brown black (black sheep heather, 1/15). For the little stick you need some left-over bits of browns and green. For the eyes I’ve used 7 mm animal eyes. You will also need fibrefill and pellets for a bit of extra weight in the body (I use Hama beads). Lopi colour numbers: 0053, 0085 and 0052.
