You will need approximately 110 yds [100 m] of the MC and 80 yds [73 m] of the CC.
Recommended needles: US #3 [3.25 mm] circular needle, 16” long US #4 [3.5 mm] circular needle, 16” long US #4 [3.5 mm] set of double-pointed needles (or preferred type to work small circumferences in the round)
