Forest Ave is a super cute, really quick knit little beanie that I worked up in collaboration with Colleen at Little Lionhead Knits.
Forest Ave is worked in two-color brioche from the bottom up, with a simple repeating pattern at the beginning, and elegant criss-crossing decreases to shape the crown.
Finished measurements Finished hat circumference measures 18” 46 cm unstretched, intended to fit head circumferences from 20-22” 51-56 cm; 8.5-9” 21.5-23 cm tall.
Yarn Little Lionhead Knits MCN fingering weight (382 y 417 m in 100 g; 80% superwash wool, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon), 1 skein each in color Unicorn Tapestry (MC) and Sea Salt Air (CC) Hat uses approximately 125 yards 115 m of each color.
Since Little Lionhead Knits yarns are not available on Lovecrafts, I've listed some substitutions. Most sock yarns will work great!
