A few months ago, a good friend of mine dropped this lovely yarn in my lap. The crispness of the yarn base and the beautiful, saturated colors made it hard to resist. So, I cast on and never looked back.
This shawl is boomerang-shaped and is worked from smaller to larger size. It consists of garter stitch stripes coupled with a simple lace pattern and slipped stitches. A lace edging is also created along the long edge as part of the shawl. This shawl uses two skeins of fingering weight yarn, each a minimum of 390 yards.
