I hesitated to write down this pattern for about half a year. I made different samples. I had to change the yarn quality from DK weight down to Sport weight and made some changes concerning the brim. I decided for a fitted unicolored brim with some increases in the first pattern round.
Finally it took me a long time to choose colors, ending up with this frosty version. After all I think it was good, not to force things. This pattern is slightly more challenging than my last patterns. But if you made it, to knit my LIGURIA or BEEZEE hat, this one could be your next challenge.
This slightly slouchy beanie is knitted in a two-color brioche stitch pattern, four repeating pattern rounds are forming some mirrored leafs and a flowery crown. A perfect beanie for a special gift, even given to yourself. Again it was surprising to knit the crown. I´m sure, you will enjoy it.
